Mirador Enrique Morente is a prominent viewpoint in Salobreña, situated almost 100 meters above the town. From this elevated position, visitors can experience expansive panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea, encompassing the beaches, coastal cliffs, and the fertile plains adorned with sugar cane plantations. The vista extends to include the nearby village of La Caleta and the Chaparral Sierra. The site is uniquely marked by a sculpture dedicated to the renowned Granadan flamenco singer Enrique Morente, after whom the viewpoint was renamed in 2012. This artwork depicts the artist gazing out towards the sea and the horizon.
