An extraordinary Halloween event for families and children aged 6-16, where participants immerse themselves in a special ghost story based on a true event from the past. The tour uncovers a curse along the Rhine, starting at Maternusplatz and ending near the Rodenkirchen campground. Adult accompaniment is required, and the tour is adapted to the children's age group. All Saints' Day (Allerheiligen) - Public Holiday
All Saints' Day is a public holiday in North Rhine-Westphalia. Most shops and offices will be closed. Families traditionally visit cemeteries to remember the deceased and decorate graves with lights. Public entertainment events like dancing and loud music are generally prohibited from 4 AM onwards; sports events are allowed from 11 AM.

Due to All Saints' Day being a public holiday, most shops in Cologne will be closed. Exceptions typically include supermarkets at Cologne Central Station (Rewe) and Cologne/Bonn Airport, which may have extended hours. Some bakeries might open for limited hours.
