    The Narragonia Regensburg carnival society will officially open the carnival season by storming the Old Town Hall. The procession starts from Arnulfsplatz at 10:45 AM, heading towards the Old Town Hall where the symbolic key handover will take place at 11:11 AM. Expect festive atmosphere and crowds in the city center.
